Most spa owners are very good about balancing their water and replacing the water as needed. However, most won't take the time to vacuum out the water lines, clean, and gloss the shell. Over time, a thin film of body oils, dirt, and grime accumulates on the shell. This should be removed at least twice annually to maintain the best water quality. Having your spa professionally maintained will keep your spa in good condition, and make maintenance much easier for you.

Filter cleaning every 6 weeks.
Drain, clean, and refill once every 3 months (4 per year).
This plan is best suited for hot tubs that are used very often, are in locations where the tub is used infrequently (second homes), or used at rental locations (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.)
